Ingredients:

  • Funchoza 50 grams
  • Fresh cucumber 1 piece
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Sweet red pepper 1 piece
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Sesame grains 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce 2 tsp
  • Coriander to taste
  • Suneli hops to taste
  • Salt to taste

Cooking method:

Step 1. Pour boiling water over funchose for 4-5 minutes. Drain and cool funchose.

Step 2 Prepare vegetables: grate carrots and cucumber. Thinly chop the sweet pepper and chop the garlic finely. Mix vegetables, lightly salt, add olive oil, soy sauce, coriander and suneli hops.

Step 3 Add the cooled funchose and sesame to the vegetables, mix the salad gently and serve. When the salad is infused, it becomes tastier.
