Ingredients:
- Cucumbers 4 kg.
- Carrots 1 kg.
- Sugar 200 grams
- Vinegar 200 ml.
- Vegetable oil 200 ml.
- Salt 100 grams
- Garlic 5-6 cloves
- Ground red pepper 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Coriander 2 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1. Wash the cucumbers, trim the tips from the cucumbers. Cut the cucumbers into 4 parts, after another into 2 parts (8 pieces are obtained from one cucumber).
Step 2 Grate the carrots for Korean carrots, combine with cucumbers.
Step 3 Add salt, sugar, garlic, vinegar, red pepper, vegetable oil. Mix everything, leave for 4 hours to insist (best for the night).
Step 4 For the preservation of cucumbers with carrots in Korean for the winter: put the salad in banks, cover with lids, sterilize for 10 minutes, then roll up and store in a cool place.
