Ingredients:

  • Cranberries 300 grams
  • Butter or margarine 300 grams
  • Sugar 200 grams
  • Eggs 3 pieces

  • Lemons 2 pieces
  • Flour 600 grams
  • Baking powder 10 grams
  • For sprinkling:
  • Egg yolks 2 pieces
  • Butter or margarine 100 grams
  • Sugar 200 grams
  • Lemon zest 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Flour 200 grams

Cooking method:

Step 1.Remove the zest from the lemons (with a special knife or grate).
