Ingredients:
- Cranberries 300 grams
- Butter or margarine 300 grams
- Sugar 200 grams
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Egg whites 2 pieces
- Lemons 2 pieces
- Flour 600 grams
- Baking powder 10 grams
- For sprinkling:
- Egg yolks 2 pieces
- Butter or margarine 100 grams
- Sugar 200 grams
- Lemon zest 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Flour 200 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1.Remove the zest from the lemons (with a special knife or grate).
Step 2 Squeeze juice out of 2 lemons.
Step 3 Cook the dough. Grind butter with sugar.
Step 4 Add eggs, mix well.
Step 5 Add juice, mix.
Step 6Add flour and baking powder, knead not cool dough.
Step 7 Grease a baking sheet (size 20 × 30 cm) with oil or cover it with baking paper. Lay out the dough, flatten.
Step 8 Put cranberries on the dough.
Step 9 Prepare a sprinkle. Grind the yolks with sugar. Add oil, mix. Add the zest, mix.
Step 10 Add flour, mix so that crumb turns out.
Step 11 Sprinkle the cake with crumbs, flatten. Put in an oven preheated to t 180 degrees. Bake for 40–45 minutes.
