Ingredients:
- Sour cream 250 grams
- Butter 110 grams
- Soda ½ tsp
- Flour 1.5-2 cups
- Lemon (or orange) 1.5 pieces
- Sugar 1 cup
- Yolk 1 piece
- Powdered sugar 1 tbsp. a spoon
Cooking method:
Step 1. Mix sour cream with soda.
Step 2 Add melted butter and mix until smooth.
Step 3 Measure out 1.5 cups of flour and add it a little bit to sour cream.On a note! If the dough does not stick to your hands, then the remaining flour can be omitted.
Step 4 Then cut the lemons or oranges into slices and, together with the peel, send them to the blender. Shredded lemon mixed with sugar.
Step 5 Divide the dough into 2 parts (larger and smaller). Put most of the dough into the mold and distribute over the entire surface of the mold, making small sides.
Step 6 Now lay out the filling and spread evenly.
Step 7Knead the second part of the test and close the filling with it. Grease the cake with whipped yolk. Chop the pie with a fork and send in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 8 The cake will cool slightly, then sprinkle with icing sugar and the cake is finally ready.
