Ingredients:
- Semolina 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Sour cream 0.5 cups
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Prune handful
- Butter 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt pinch
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon
- Sunflower seeds 0.5 cup
Cooking method:
Step 1. In a deep bowl, mix semolina and sugar, pour milk, mix and leave for 20-30 minutes.
Step 2 Add prunes and sunflower seeds to the swollen semolina.
Step 3 Beat whisk eggs with sugar.
Step 4 Pour the eggs into the semolina mixture with prunes and mix gently.
Step 5 Then add sour cream, baking powder and a piece of softened butter. Oil can be melted, but not necessary.
Step 6 Immediately pour into the mold covered with baking paper, greased with a couple of drops of oil. Sprinkle the workpiece with sugar (1 tablespoon) and seeds (handful).
Step 7 Bake in a preheated oven over low heat for about 35-45 minutes.
