Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 200 grams
- Prunes 70 grams
- Walnuts 40 grams
- Garlic 1-2 cloves
- Mayonnaise 150 grams
- Greens to taste
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil the chicken in salted water until tender. Cool and cut into cubes.
Step 2 Pour prunes with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. Then drain the water and cut the prunes into strips.
Step 3 Grind walnuts with a knife.
Step 4 Finely chop the garlic and parsley.
Step 5 Mix all prepared ingredients. Season salad with mayonnaise.
