Ingredients:
- Tomatoes 2-3 pieces
- Zucchini 200-250 grams
- Bell pepper 1 piece
- Sour cream 50 grams
- Milk 2 tbsp. spoons
- Chicken egg 1 piece
- Hard cheese 50 grams
- Spices to taste
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Zucchini, tomatoes and bell pepper cut into circles and put in a baking dish vertically, alternating them with each other.
Step 2 Salt, pepper, sprinkle with spices and grease with sour cream on top.
Step 3 Next, mix the egg with milk, salt and pepper. Beat well.
Step 4 Grate the cheese on a medium grater, sprinkle on top and pour the vegetables with milk-egg mixture.
Step 5 Preheat the oven to t 180 degrees. Put the casserole dish in the oven for 30-40 degrees.
