Ingredients:
- Fresh cucumbers 3 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Bell pepper 2 pieces
- Canned corn 1 can
- Canned red beans 1 can
- Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Parsley bunch
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.
Step 2 Free bell pepper from seeds, cut into small cubes.
Step 3 Chop tomatoes too finely chop.
Step 4 Open a can of canned corn, drain the liquid and add to the vegetables.
Step 5 Open a jar of canned beans, drain the liquid. Add to salad.
Step 6 Finely chop the parsley, add to the salad. Salt, pepper. Pour in vegetable oil. Stir and serve.
