Ingredients:
- Pork 500 grams
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Wheat flour 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Water 2 cups
- Salt, pepper, bay leaf to taste
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut the pork into small pieces. Pour the vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and lay out the pieces of meat.
Step 2 Peel and finely chop the onion.
Step 3 Grate the carrots.
Step 4 Add onions and carrots to the meat.
Step 5 Then close the lid of the multicooker and set the mode to “frying” for 20-30 minutes. After time, open the lid and add water and bay leaf to the meat. Salt, pepper to taste.
Step 6Dilute the flour in a small amount of water and pour it very carefully with a thin stream into the multicooker bowl.
Step 7 Mix everything thoroughly. Close the lid of the multicooker and turn on the "quenching". Set the timer for 1 hour.
Step 8 Goulash can be served with potatoes, pasta, rice (optional).
