Ingredients:

  • Eggplant 3 pieces
  • Minced meat 1 kg.
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • For the sauce:
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Bell pepper 1 piece
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Tomatoes 3-4 pieces
  • Greens (oregano, mint, thyme, French grass) 1 tbsp. a spoon

Cooking method:

Step 1. Wash eggplant and cut into rings, salt. After 20 minutes, rinse with water, then pat dry with a paper towel.

Step 2 Add minced onion to the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Step 3 In a round form, lay out the rings of eggplant and minced meat patties alternately.

Step 4 Prepare the pouring sauce. Finely chop the onion, stew. Grated carrots on a coarse grater, finely chopped bell pepper and tomato puree mix. Then pour the eggplant and minced sauce and put the mold in the oven preheated to t 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Then unplug and sprinkle with parsley and garlic.
