Ingredients:
- Cauliflower 800 grams
- Hard cheese 100 grams
- Onions 2-3 pieces
- 400 gram chicken
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Milk 100 ml.
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences, boil in salt water (throw into already boiling water) 5 minutes after boiling. Drain or remove with a slotted spoon, cool slightly.
Step 2 Finely chop the onion, fry in vegetable oil, add a piece of butter at the end.
Step 3 Mix onion with boiled cabbage. Put in a baking dish, greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Add salt and pepper to the meat. Put on top of cabbage.
Step 4 Next, put chopped tomatoes. Grate cheese on a coarse grater, mix with eggs and pour on top.
Step 5 Put in a preheated oven, bake for 35 minutes at t 190 degrees. Remove from oven, let cool 10-20 minutes. Cut the casserole in the cooled form.
Step 6 Garnish the casserole with herbs.
