Ingredients:

- Flour 125 grams
- Butter 60 grams

- Apples (green varieties) 750 grams
- Tea (brew strong) 125 ml.
- Soda 1 tsp
- Sugar 100 grams
- Baking powder 0.5 tsp
- Butter 90 grams
- Flour 90 grams
- Chicken egg 1 piece
- Vanillin pinch
Cooking method:
Step 1. Chop butter with a knife with flour, add icing sugar, egg yolk and water.
Step 2Knead and form a ball, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3Prepare the filling: make strong black tea. Peel and cut the apples into thin slices. Put chopped apples in a saucepan, add soda, tea and send to the stove.
