Ingredients:
- Apples 800 grams
- Sugar 150 grams
- Butter 150 grams
- Puff pastry 300 grams
- Cinnamon 1 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1. Grease the bottom of the mold with softened butter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. The mold must not be detachable, otherwise oil will leak.
Step 2 Peel apples and seeds. Cut into slices or circles. Put in the form.
Step 3 Close the apples with a layer of puff pastry, gently squeeze. Bake in the oven at t 180 degrees for about half an hour.
Step 4 Then remove, let cool and carefully turn on a plate. You can sprinkle almond flakes on top of the cake.
