Ingredients:
- Puff pastry 250-300 grams
- Sugar 150 grams
- Butter 150 grams
- Pumpkin (pulp) 300 grams
- Quince 2-3 pieces
- Cinnamon 1 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1. Peel and chop the pumpkin.
Step 2 Do the same with quince. The peel can not be cleaned.
Step 3Mix pumpkin slices with quince slices. They should be about the same.
Step 4 Grease the bottom of the mold with softened oil. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. The mold must not be detachable, otherwise oil will leak.
Step 5 Put on top a pumpkin with quince. Cover with a layer of puff pastry, gently press. Bake in the oven at t 180 degrees for about half an hour.
Step 6 Then remove, let cool and carefully turn on a plate, cut into portions.
