Ingredients:
- Bananas 5-6 pieces
- Curd 200 grams
- Natural yogurt 100 grams
- Egg 1 piece
- Honey 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Butter 20 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Mix cottage cheese, yogurt, egg and honey with a blender or mixer.
Step 2Cut bananas lengthwise - into 3 or 4 parts, depending on size.
Step 3 Put the bananas in a greased dish. If desired, you can pour bananas with lemon juice.
Step 4 Pour in the curd mass. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool slightly. You can eat a casserole with sour cream, condensed milk, etc.
