Ingredients:

  • For the test:
  • Flour 250 grams
  • Butter 125 grams
  • Sour cream 50 grams
  • Salt 0.5 tsp
  • Sugar 0.5 tsp
  • For filling:
  • Sour cream 100 grams
  • Curd 250 grams
  • Chicken egg 3 pieces
  • Broccoli (inflorescences) 500 grams
  • Smoked pork 200 grams
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method:

Step 1. Cut the butter into small pieces, add flour, sugar and salt to it and chop with a knife or spatula to a state of fine crumbs. Then add sour cream and quickly knead the dough. Cover with foil and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Step 2 Prepare the filling: If the broccoli is fresh, then it should be boiled for about five minutes in boiling salted water, then drained, and pour broccoli in cold water. Frozen broccoli only needs to be thawed. For pouring, mix cottage cheese, eggs and sour cream, add finely chopped smoked meat, salt and pepper.
