Ingredients:

  • For the basics:
  • Cold butter 125 grams
  • Sugar 70 grams
  • Flour 2 cups
  • Sour cream 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • For filling:
  • Soft butter 125 grams
  • Sugar 120 grams
  • Chicken egg 2 pieces
  • Ground nuts (hazelnuts or others) 1 cup
  • Flour 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  • Plums 500-600 grams

Cooking method:

Step 1. Dough. Cut the chilled butter into cubes, add flour, sugar and salt to it and chop with a knife or spatula to the state of small crumbs. Then add sour cream and quickly knead the dough.

Step 2 Cover the dough with a film and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Step 3Distribute chilled dough along the bottom and walls of the mold. It is better to take a low form for tart (26-28 cm). Chop the dough with a fork.

Step 4 Bake in an oven preheated to t 220 degrees for 10 minutes, until a slight blush. Remove the mold from the oven. Cook a nut dough. To do this, beat soft butter with sugar, add one egg at a time, constantly thoroughly mixing until smooth. Pour nuts mixed with flour and baking powder, mix well. Put walnut dough on baked cake, put halves of plums on top.

Step 5 Bake in an oven preheated to t 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.

Step 6 Cool, free from form and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
