Ingredients:
- For the test:
- Butter 150 grams
- Sugar 75 grams
- Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon
- Flour 250 grams
- Pinch of salt
- Cold water 3 tbsp. spoons
- For filling:
- Cherry (or cherry) 500 grams
- Cottage cheese 1 kg.
- Sugar 200 grams
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- Starch 3 tbsp. spoons
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Cooking method:
Step 1. Chop the cold butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and baking powder into small crumbs. Then add cold water and quickly knead the dough. Wrap the dough in a film and put in the refrigerator.
Step 2 Cook the filling. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add sugar and vanilla sugar to it, mix with a mixer. Then add eggs, mix again.
Now add starch and baking powder, mix everything thoroughly with a mixer.
Step 3 Remove seeds from cherries or cherries.
Step 4 Divide the dough into two parts, one larger than the other. Roll out most of it in a circle, lay it on the bottom of a detachable shape (26 cm). From a smaller part, make a sausage, distribute it along the inner edge of the form, forming a board to the very top. Pour the cherries to the bottom, then lay out all the curd filling.
Step 5 The filling should be about 1 cm below the upper edge of the form, while baking it will still rise. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to t 170 degrees for 80 minutes. Then turn off the oven, slightly open the door and leave the cake to cool with the oven.
Step 6 When the oven cools down, the cake pan can be taken out and put on the table, and then in the refrigerator until it cools completely, only after that it can be taken out of the pan.
