Ingredients:
- Butter 250 grams
- Wheat flour 2-3 cups
- Chicken egg 1 piece
- Ice water 4 tbsp. spoons
- Apples 4 pieces
- Sour cream 200 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Dice the butter, mix it with flour.
Step 2 Chop the butter and flour with a knife until crushed.
Step 3Then in the center make a hole, drive an egg into it. Knead the dough until smooth.
Step 4 Wrap the resulting dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
Step 5 Peel apples, cut into slices and send them to a blender, chop.
Step 6Cut part of the apples into rings (no more than 2 mm thick.). Next, put the dough in a baking dish, form the sides.
Step 7 Then put the apples in a circle, and in the center - the finished mashed potatoes, which we prepared in a blender.
Step 8 Pour all sour cream (best not more than 20% fat).
Step 9 Put in the oven for half an hour until fully cooked. Finished apple pie with sour cream filling, cut after cooling and serve.
