Ingredients:
- For the test:
- Curd 250 grams
- Butter 250 grams
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Sugar 100 grams
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Flour 400 grams
- For filling:
- Curd 250 grams
- Vanillin 2 grams
- Icing sugar 100 grams
- Strawberry 400 grams
- Starch 1 tbsp. a spoon
Cooking method:
Step 1. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and butter melted in a water bath in a bowl.
Step 2 Add baking powder and flour. Knead not very cool dough.
Step 3Cook the filling. Mix cottage cheese, icing sugar and vanilla. Preheat the oven to t 180 degrees. Lubricate the cake pan with butter and line it with baking paper. Put the dough in the mold and make sides at the edges. Leave some dough to decorate the cake.
Step 4 Put the curd filling on the dough, and then the strawberries. Sprinkle with starch.
Step 5 Garnish the cake with strips of remaining dough.
Step 6 Bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
