Ingredients:
- Cookies ordinary 300 grams
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Margarine 100 grams
- Egg yolk 4 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece
- Lime zest 2 pieces
- Condensed milk 1 can
- For cream:
- Egg whites 4 pieces
- Sugar 4 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Turn cookies into small crumbs.
Step 2Then add margarine or butter and 2 tbsp of sugar to the liver. Stir well until smooth.
Step 3Put the resulting dough into a cake mold and form the base. Send to the oven for 10 minutes to bake at a temperature of 180 degrees. The base should be beautifully browned.
Step 4 Beat the condensed milk with yolks well with a blender or mixer.
Step 5 Squeeze the lemon juice and grate the zest of limes.
Step 6 Add lemon juice and lime zest to the condensed milk and continue to knead the filling.
Step 7Pour the thickened mass onto the base.
Step 8 And send to bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Then beat the egg whites thoroughly. About 10-15 minutes. Gradually add sugar. Put on the pie and bake again in the oven for about 7-10 minutes. Then leave the cake to cool at room temperature, and then remove to infuse in the refrigerator.
