Ingredients:
- Cherry 1 cup
- Sugar 100-150 grams
- Butter 125 grams
- Wheat flour 250 grams
- Chicken egg 1 beech (+ 1 yolk)

Cooking method:
Step 1. To make shortcrust pastry: pour flour, a pinch of salt into a deep bowl and add very cold butter, cut into small cubes or grated. Knead everything in a uniform crumb with your hands. Beat the egg and knead the dough. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for at least 45-55 minutes.
Step 2 Wash the cherries, dry them a bit and remove the seeds. Then, take the berries with the help of a crush to make the juice stand out.
Step 3 Pour sugar into a stewpan or pan. Add juice and put on fire.
