Ingredients:
- Kefir 250 ml.
- Flour 250 grams
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon
- Cabbage 200 grams
- Rice 0.5 cup
- Carrot 1 piece
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil rice in salted water until tender.
Step 2 Beat eggs with kefir, add flour, baking powder. Knead the batter.
Step 3 Mix finely chopped cabbage, rice and grated carrots, salt.
Step 4 Lay out the form with paper, pour out part of the dough, spread out the filling, evenly distribute the rest of the dough on top.
Step 5 Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
