- Minced pork or pork 500 grams
- Bell pepper 2 pieces
- Tomato 1 piece
- Onion 2 pieces
- Milk cream 100 milliliters
- Milk 100 ml.
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, ground black pepper to taste
- Cheese to taste for powder
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cook the dough. Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces. Boil in salted water. Drain all the water and mashed the potatoes until mashed. Add the egg, oil to the potatoes and mix well. Pour the sifted flour into the potato mass and knead the dough. Lubricate the baking dish with oil. Put the dough in the mold. Knead it all the way down and make sides. Put the form with the dough in the freezer for a while while you are preparing the filling.
Step 2 Cut the meat into small cubes or use minced meat. Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut the pepper into small pieces and lightly fry in a pan. Pull the peppers in a separate bowl and fry the finely chopped onions. Add meat and fry it until almost done. Peel the tomato and finely chop. Add fried pepper and chopped tomato to the meat, mix.
Step 3 Put the filling on the dough. Cream, milk and tomato paste mix well. Add egg, salt, pepper to the filling and beat the whole mass with a mixer or whisk. Pour the filling of the pie with this filling.
Step 4Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put a cake tin in it. The cake is baked for about 45-50 minutes. 10 minutes before cooking, sprinkle grated cheese on top of the pie.
