Ingredients:
- Vegetable oil 150 ml.
- Sugar 100 grams
- Flour 300 grams
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Milk 200 ml.
- Baking powder 1 tbsp. a spoon
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- Lemon zest 1 tsp
- Apples 4 pieces
- Poppy 2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Beat butter with sugar. Add eggs one at a time, stirring each time until smooth.
Step 2 Mix flour with baking powder, add half of the mixture to the dough, beat until smooth.
Step 3Pour in half the milk and beat again.
Step 4 Pour in the remaining flour and beat again.
Step 5 Pour in the remaining milk, add vanilla sugar, beat the dough until smooth.
Step 6 Add poppy seeds and lemon zest, mix.
Step 7 Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into thin slices. Add apples to the dough and mix gently. Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour, put the dough in it.
Step 8 Send to the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, bake at t 180 degrees for about 45-50 minutes. Ready cake to cool a little in the form, and then get it. You can lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar.
