Ingredients:

  • Butter 200 grams
  • Sugar 200 grams
  • Flour 200 grams
  • Eggs 3 pieces
  • Cocoa 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Sour cream 100 ml.
  • Vanilla Sugar 1 sachet
  • Baking powder 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Blackcurrant (fresh) 1 cup

Cooking method:

Step 1. In a bowl, beat the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.

Step 3 In a separate bowl, mix the flour,cocoa, salt and baking powder.

Step 4 Sift the flour mixture into the butter and egg.

Step 6Add vanilla extract (if used). Mix.

Step 8 Put the berries of black currant into the dough and mix gently.
