Ingredients:
- Butter 200 grams
- Sugar 200 grams
- Flour 200 grams
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Cocoa 2 tbsp. spoons
- Sour cream 100 ml.
- Vanilla Sugar 1 sachet
- Baking powder 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Pinch of salt
- Blackcurrant (fresh) 1 cup
Cooking method:
Step 1. In a bowl, beat the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
Step 2 Drive eggs one at a time, after each beaten well.
Step 3 In a separate bowl, mix the flour,cocoa, salt and baking powder.
Step 4 Sift the flour mixture into the butter and egg.
Step 5 Stir and beat until smooth.
Step 6Add vanilla extract (if used). Mix.
Step 7 Add sour cream, beat until smooth.
Step 8 Put the berries of black currant into the dough and mix gently.
Step 9 Lubricate the mold with oil or cover it with parchment paper.
Step 10Put the dough in the form, flatten.
Step 11 Send the cupcake to the oven, preheated to t 170 degrees, for 50-60 minutes.
