Ingredients:
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp. spoons
- Lemon zest 1 teaspoon
- Butter 250 grams
- Rum 2 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar 150 grams
- 4 eggs
- Flour 350 grams
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Dark chocolate 100 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Mix flour with baking powder and lemon zest.
Step 2 Crush bananas with a fork, add lemon juice and rum, mix.
Step 3 Beat butter and sugar.
Step 4Introduce one egg, after each beat well.
Step 5 Add flour and beat to make a homogeneous mass.
Step 6 Gently introduce the banana mass and mix thoroughly.
Step 7 Grease a baking sheet with oil or cover it with parchment. Put the dough on top and flatten.
Step 8 Send to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Step 9Melt the chocolate and pour the cooled cake on it, making a net.
Step 10 Cut the pie into rhombs and sprinkle with icing sugar.
