Ingredients:
- 5 apples
- Sugar 80-100 grams
- Water 1 tsp
- Butter 150 grams
- Icing sugar 100 grams
- Flour 250 grams
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon
- Egg 1 piece
Cooking method:
Step 1. Peel the apples, remove the core, cut into small pieces and sprinkle with sugar. Put them in a saucepan, add sugar and water and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.
Step 2 Mix flour with baking powder, add icing sugar. Cut the butter (cold) into a small cube or grate it on a coarse grater and mix with the flour mixture, rub it with your hands into crumbs. Add an egg.
Step 3 Knead the dough quickly. Divide it into two parts, one larger than the other. Each roll into a thick cake, wrap with cling film and put in the freezer for 20 minutes
Step 4 Roll out most of the dough between two sheets of parchment with a diameter larger than the bottom of the mold. Remove one layer of parchment, turn the second one down and lay it in the form, remove the parchment, make borders. Cut the excess and add to the remaining dough.
Step 5 Put the apple filling in the form with the dough, level it. You can add a little blueberry or blueberry.
Step 6 Roll out the remaining dough along the diameter of the mold as well as the previous part, transfer it to the pie, pinch the edges. In the center, make an incision with a cross.
Step 7 Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Step 8 Send the cake to the oven, preheated to t 200 degrees. Bake at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180 degrees and bake another 20 minutes until golden brown.
