Ingredients:

  • White cabbage 200 grams
  • Red cabbage 200 grams
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Bell pepper 0.5 pieces
  • Green onion bunch
  • Dill 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 0.5 tsp
  • Wine vinegar white 1 tsp
  • Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method:

Step 1. Chop onions into thin half rings. Put in a bowl, sprinkle with a pinch of sugar, knead well by hand and pour in 1 tbsp. a spoonful of wine vinegar. Stir the onion and leave for 10 minutes.
