Ingredients:
- White cabbage 200 grams
- Red cabbage 200 grams
- Onion 2 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Bell pepper 0.5 pieces
- Green onion bunch
- Dill 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 0.5 tsp
- Wine vinegar white 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Chop onions into thin half rings. Put in a bowl, sprinkle with a pinch of sugar, knead well by hand and pour in 1 tbsp. a spoonful of wine vinegar. Stir the onion and leave for 10 minutes.
Step 2 Chop white cabbage.
Step 3 Also chop red cabbage.
Step 4 Grate the carrots.
Step 5 Finely chop the dill.
Step 6 In a deep bowl, mix 2 types of cabbage, carrots, pickled onions and dill. Salt well and knead everything with your hands; cabbage should let the juice go.
Step 7 Cut bell pepper into thin sticks, green onion and chop finely. Add everything to a salad bowl, mix. Pour the salad with vegetable oil.
Step 8 The salad can be served immediately, but if you leave it for 1 hour, it will become even tastier.
