Ingredients:
- Potato 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Lemon 0.5 pieces
- Canned liver 1 can
- Green peas 150 grams
- Onion 1 piece
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil potatoes, peel and dice.
Step 2 Finely chop the onion.
Step 3 Open a can of cod liver, drain the oil and cut the liver into small pieces.
Step 4 Boil the eggs in a steep, peeled shell. Separate the squirrels from the yolks.
Step 5 Crumble yolks and combine in a bowl with liver, potatoes, onions and green peas.
Step 6 Cut the lemon into slices.
Step 7 Finely chop the egg whites.
Step 8 Mix all the prepared ingredients, salt and pepper. Pour in vegetable oil. Sprinkle on top with proteins and arrange with lemon slices.
