Ingredients:
- For the test:
- Milk 1 cup
- Butter 100 grams
- Sugar 100 grams
- Chicken egg 1 piece
- Soda 0.5 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- For cream:
- Condensed milk 1 can
- Butter 200 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Knead the dough. Mix the butter, sugar, egg, vegetable oil, milk, add the baking soda quenched with vinegar and mix thoroughly. Next add the sifted flour and knead the dough.
Step 2 Divide the dough into 10-12 equal parts and roll into thin round cakes.
Step 3 Fry the cakes in a pan on both sides under the lid until a slight blush. Carefully trim the edges of the finished cake layers so that they are even round in shape.
Step 4 Prepare a cream: mix room temperature butter with vanilla sugar, add pre-boiled condensed milk (cook for at least 2 hours). Beat with a mixer until a light homogeneous mass is formed.
Step 5 Lubricate the cakes with cream and lay them on top of each other.
Step 6 Coat the top and sides of the cake with the remaining cream, sprinkle with crumbs from the cake scraps. Leave the cake for 10-12 hours in a cool place to soak.
