Cooking method:
Step 1. Pour sugar into a deep bowl, beat eggs, add vanillin and salt. Mix everything well.
Step 2 Melt the butter, cool and pour into a bowl of crushed sugar and eggs.

Step 4 Sift flour and mix with baking powder. Gradually introduce flour into this mass and knead the dough.

Place a small part in the freezer compartment for about one hour.
Step 6 Grease the prepared form with a little vegetable oil. Spread most of the dough on the bottom. You can roll out a large layer with a rolling pin, and then shift. Make sure that all edges are the same in width, for uniform baking.
Step 7 Grease the dough with jam. Jam should be taken thick enough, otherwise excess liquid will be released. Flatten it on the surface.
Step 8 Next, get the remaining frozen part of the dough and grate it on top with jam or jam. Spread the grated dough evenly.
