Ingredients:

Cooking method:

Step 1. Pour spinach over boiling water, chopped randomly. You can use frozen spinach - you need to defrost it, squeeze it well, cut it if necessary.

Step 3 Put spinach, cottage cheese, beaten eggs, a pinch of nutmeg in a large bowl. Mix.

Step 4 Add grated cheese, salt - to taste, mix. Melt the butter in the microwave.

Step 5 Take 2 sheets of dough, generously grease the top sheet with melted butter with a silicone brush. On them lay out another 2 sheets, grease. Repeat (total - 6 sheets). If the package has 8 sheets, use not 6, but 4 sheets.

Step 6 Lubricate the baking dish with oil and put previously greased sheets of dough into it.

Step 7Put the stuffing. Cover with two more greased dough sheets. The edges of the sheets (both lower and upper together) wrap over the top to the center.

Step 8 Grease the remaining 2 sheets with oil (each), fold together, cover the pie on top. Bend the edges inward, under the cake, first from the corners, then from the side.

Step 9 Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes until golden brown. At the end, let the cake stand for a while, covering it with a towel.
