Ingredients:
- For the test:
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Flour 1 cup
- Sour cream 4 tbsp. spoons
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp. spoons
- Baking powder (or baking soda) 1 teaspoon
- Pinch of salt
- For filling:
- Canned fish 1-2 cans
- 2-3 eggs
- Onion 1 piece
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. For the filling: boil the eggs in a steep, peel and finely chop or grate.
Step 2 Mash fish cans well with a fork (drain the liquid).
Step 3 Peel and finely chop the onion. Combine eggs, onions, fish in a bowl, mix well, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4 Prepare the dough: mix with a whisk the eggs, sour cream and mayonnaise, add flour, soda, salt and mix well with a whisk until smooth. The dough turns out to be liquid, like a pancake.
Step 5 Lubricate the baking dish with butter. Put half the dough into the mold, then the filling, fill in with the rest of the dough.
Step 6 Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Readiness to check with a wooden toothpick or match: if the stick is dry, the cake is ready.
