- Raisins 300 grams

- Curd 300 grams
- Ryazhenka 0.5 cup

Cooking method:
Step 1.Filling. Put the cottage cheese in a thick pan and pour over the fermented baked milk. Add sugar and simmer over low heat. Ready cottage cheese will turn out the color of baked milk in a thick homogeneous mass. Cook rice in salted water. Boil 6 eggs and cut into small cubes. Pour raisins for 20 minutes with warm water and then dry. Finely chop the onion, fry in butter and cool.
Step 2 Grate sifted flour with oil. Pour baking powder into kefir and pour into flour. Knead the dough. The dough is soft. Cover the dough with a napkin and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 3 Divide the finished dough into two different parts. 2/3 of the dough will go to the bottom of the pie. The rest is on top of the pie. Put rolled dough on a deep baking sheet or pan. Lay out the filling in layers. The third part of rice, on top of the curd. Another piece of rice, on top is minced meat with fried onions and eggs. Leftover rice, raisins on top. Pour the filling with melted butter.
Step 4Close the pie with a second dough cake, grease with an egg. Bake the cake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
