Ingredients:
- Puff yeast dough 500 grams
- Broccoli 200 grams
- Green beans 200 grams
- Cream 20% 150 ml.
- Dor Blue cheese 100 grams
- Cheese "Emental" 100 grams
- Ground white pepper 1/4 teaspoon
- Cherry Tomatoes 200 grams
- Wheat flour 50 grams
- Cauliflower 200 grams
- Green peas frozen 200 grams
- Sour cream 100 grams
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
Cooking method:
Step 1. It is necessary to defrost the sheets of puff pastry - let them simply lie down at room temperature.
Step 2 Glue two sheets into one. This is done simply - you just need to moisten the sheets on one side with water, and connect them with these sides. Press lightly with a rolling pin - and the dough is held together.
Step 3Roll our puff pastry into a thin layer, put in a baking dish, form small edges (1-2 cm). Chop the dough with a fork in several places - and put it in the refrigerator.
Step 4 Rinse the broccoli thoroughly and cut along the stem.
Step 5 Cauliflower to disassemble for inflorescences.
Step 6 Boil broccoli and cauliflower in salted water for literally 5 minutes.
Step 7 With green beans and peas, do the same - boil for 5 minutes.
Step 8 While the boiled vegetables are drying, make the sauce. To do this, mix the grated cheese (two varieties), cream, eggs and sour cream.
Step 9Salt and pepper the sauce, add nutmeg.
Step 10 Cherry tomatoes cut in half.
Step 11 Remove the dough from the refrigerator, put vegetables on it.
Step 12 Season the cake with sauce. Put in the oven, preheated to t 180 degrees, and bake for 40-45 minutes until cooked.
Bon Appetit!
