Ingredients:
- Kefir 250 grams
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Onion 1 piece
- Potato 1 piece
- Canned pink salmon 1 can
- Soda 0.5 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1. Mix kefir with eggs, flour and soda (slaked lemon juice). The dough turns out like a pancake.
Step 2Pour half the dough into a greased baking dish. Top with peeled chopped potatoes.
Step 3 Grind and lightly fry the onion, mix it with pink salmon. Put the mass on top of the potatoes.
Step 4 Pour in the second half of the dough and send the pie to the oven. Bake for 40 minutes, temperature 180 degrees.
