Ingredients:

  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Chicken egg 2 pieces
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cocoa 1 cup
  • Butter 200 grams
  • Soda 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • Flour 3 cups
  • Pinch of salt
  • Freshly brewed coffee 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar 1 tbsp. a spoon

Cooking method:

Step 1. Put milk, eggs, cocoa, freshly brewed coffee, sugar, butter in a blender bowl and beat until smooth.

Step 2 In another container, make a flour mixture of flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Pour the mass from the blender into the flour mixture and mix well to form a homogeneous dough.

Step 3 A shape with a diameter of 26 cm needs to be covered with baking paper, preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Pour the dough into a baking dish, put in the oven and bake for 1 hour at t 160 degrees.

Step 4 An hour later, check readiness - with a match or a toothpick, if the dough does not stick to the match / toothpick, then the gateau is ready. Sprinkle with icing sugar, cool a little - and you can serve it to the table!
