Cooking method:
Step 1. Roll out the chopped dough, put it in a mold (about 22-23 cm in diameter), chop and bake in the oven with a load. Then remove the load and oven for about 10 minutes.
Step 2While baking the cake, you need to cook the filling. To do this, mix two eggs in a deep bowl with the juice of two limes and grated zest (leave a part for decoration).
Step 3 Then add a can of condensed milk to the mixture, knead everything. It should turn out like a jelly-like mass. Next, pour this mass evenly onto the hot cake and send it back to the oven for 20 minutes (at a temperature of 160 degrees). When the cake is ready - get it and cool. Decorate as desired.
Step 4 When the cake has completely cooled down, for beauty, with a sharp knife, you can trim the upper edges flush with the filling. And also cut the pie into even pieces.
