Ingredients:
- Meat (low-fat pork) 450 grams
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Cream 200 grams
- Flour 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, spices (turmeric, saffron, black pepper and allspice) to taste
- Greens optional
Cooking method:
Step 1. Wash meat, clear of films, tendons. Cut into medium sized pieces and season with spices.
Step 2 Onion cut into half rings.
Step 3 Finely chop the garlic.
Step 4 Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the slow cooker and set it to “Preheat” mode. Then put the onion there and lightly fry until golden brown.
Step 5 Next, add garlic and literally 2 minutes to fry with onions. Next lay the chopped meat.
Step 6 Fry the pork until golden brown and pour the cream. Salt, add spices. Sprinkle with finely chopped greens, if desired. Stir the meat with gravy, close the lid of the multicooker and set the "Extinguishing" mode for 40 minutes.
