Ingredients:
- Puff pastry 300 grams
- Cherry (fresh or in its own juice) 250 grams
- Chicken egg 1 piece
- Sugar 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Starch 1-2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Roll out the dough slightly, put on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
Step 2 Sprinkle the dough with starch and put the cherry. Sprinkle sugar on top.
Step 3 Roll out the second layer of dough and cover on top. Pinch all the edges.
Step 4 Lubricate the surface of the cake with a beaten egg. Make 8-10 punctures with a fork on the surface.
Step 5 Preheat oven to t 200 degrees. Send the pie to the oven. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees, then set 180 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes until cooked.
