Ingredients:
- Potato 1 kg.
- Chicken 1 kg. 300 grams
- Sea salt with herbs to taste
- Roasting sleeve 1 piece
Cooking method:
Step 1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces.
Step 2 It’s good to salt and pepper the whole chicken.
Step 3 Place the potatoes in the baking sleeve, lay the chicken on top. Tie the edges of the sleeve on both sides and put in the mold.
Step 4 Bake chicken in the sleeve with potatoes in the oven at t 180 degrees for 40-60 minutes.
Step 5 After 40 minutes of baking, remove from the oven and cut the sleeve, push its edges apart. Put in the oven again for 15-20 minutes.
Step 6 Tasty chicken baked in a sleeve with potatoes is ready.
