Ingredients:
- Kefir 400 grams
- Butter 160 grams
- Sugar 2 tbsp. spoons
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Flour 280 grams
- Baking powder 1.5 tsp
- Salt 0.5 tsp
- For filling:
- Spring onions big bunch
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Rinse the green onions and chop finely.
Step 2 Boil eggs in a cool, cool, peel and cut into cubes. Warm the onion lightly in a pan with butter, so that it softens and settles. Salt, pepper, add chopped eggs.
Step 3 Melt butter, add sugar and salt, pour kefir and beaten eggs.
Step 4 Mix flour with baking powder, add to the liquid mixture, mix until smooth.
Step 5 Grease the mold with oil, pour a little more than half the dough.
Step 6 Put the prepared stuffing.
Step 7 Top with the remaining dough.
Step 8 Bake the cake at t 200 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. Cool to a warm state by covering the pie with a towel.
