Ingredients:

  • Kefir 400 grams
  • Butter 160 grams
  • Sugar 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Chicken egg 2 pieces
  • Flour 280 grams
  • Baking powder 1.5 tsp
  • Salt 0.5 tsp
  • For filling:
  • Spring onions big bunch
  • Chicken egg 2 pieces
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method:

Step 1. Rinse the green onions and chop finely.
