Ingredients:
- Chicken liver 300 grams
- 2 carrots
- Salted Cucumber 2 pieces
- Onion 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise 250 grams
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Salt, ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut the onion into thin half rings, fry in vegetable oil. Salt, pepper and cool.
Step 2 Boil the liver in salted water until tender, cool and cut into small pieces. Put in the bowls in the first layer.
Step 3 Top with fried onions.
Step 4 Cut pickles into thin strips, grease with mayonnaise.
Step 5 Next - a layer of cooked carrots grated on a coarse grater. Grease with mayonnaise.
Step 6 Top with eggs cooked and grated on a coarse grater. Grease with mayonnaise.
