Ingredients:
- Chicken broth 2 liters
- Potato 2-3 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Chicken egg 1 piece
- Wheat flour 100 grams
- Water 60 ml.
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut into small cubes.
Step 2 Put chopped potatoes in a pan with chicken stock.
Step 3 Peel, wash and grate the carrots. Peel and finely chop the onion. Pour the vegetable oil into the pan, put the carrots and onions, lightly stew for about 10 minutes.
Step 4 Next, send the carrots and onions to the potato pan and continue cooking.
Step 5 Beat the egg in a small bowl.
Step 6 Add water, a couple of a pinch of salt and flour to the egg. Stir until smooth. The consistency should be like thick pancakes.
Step 7 And now the fun part! When the potatoes in the soup are ready to put the grater on the pan so that the side with large holes is above the pan (look carefully at the photo). Next, on this side of the grater, spread two or three tablespoons of dough and drive with a spoon on the inside of the grater. The dough thus drops drops in a pan and in a hot soup immediately turn into small dumplings.
Step 8 Thus pour in all the cooked dough. At the very end, add salt to taste to taste.
Step 9 Cut the washed greens and add to the finished soup.
Bon Appetit!
