Ingredients:
- Smoked Chicken Leg 2 pieces
- Chicken Breast 1 piece
- Fresh cucumber 1 piece
- Red bell pepper 1 piece
- Canned corn 0.5 tins
- Mayonnaise 250 grams
- Mustard 0.5 tsp
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil chicken breast in salted water, cool, disassemble into fibers.
Step 2 Smoked ham into strips.
Step 3 Wash the cucumber, but do not peel. Cut the vegetable into 2 parts in length and remove the seeds with a small spoon. Then chop the cucumber in length.
Step 4 Wash the bell peppers, remove the stalk and also cut into strips.
Step 5 Add corn, salt, pepper, mustard. Mix everything.
Step 6 Season salad with mayonnaise.
