Ingredients:
- Crab sticks 250 grams
- Canned corn 1 jar
- 4 eggs
- Onion 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 200 grams
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil eggs in a cool, cool and peel.
Step 2 Cut the eggs into small pieces.
Step 3 Peel and finely chop the onion.
Step 4 Open a can of corn, drain the juice.
Step 5 Chop the crab sticks.
Step 6 Mix all prepared ingredients. Salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise. If desired, you can add a fresh cucumber (it will give the salad spring freshness and tenderness).
