Ingredients:
- Eggplant 2-3 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Cheese 100 grams
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Wash eggplant and cut into rings.
Step 2 In order to remove bitterness from the eggplant, you need to lay the chopped eggplant on paper towels and salt. Leave eggplant for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse the eggplant with salt, so excess juice and bitterness will go away.
Step 3 Preheat oven to t 200 degrees. Put eggplant on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Lubricate vegetables with oil so that they do not burn. Then sprinkle eggplant with spices.
Step 4 Put the baking sheet with eggplant in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Eggplant should become soft and the edges brown and crunchy.
Step 5 5 minutes before cooking, you can put a round slice of tomato on the eggplant and sprinkle with grated cheese.
