Ingredients:
- Cooked sausages 300 grams
- Cheese 150 grams
- Red onion 1 piece
- Green onion bunch

- White wine vinegar 2 tbsp. spoons
- Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise 1 tsp
- Salt, ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. First you need to prepare a dressing: pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil and white wine vinegar into a small glass.
Step 2 Add 1 teaspoon of mustard and mayonnaise.
Step 3 Salt to taste, pepper, and then close the glass with a lid and shake the glass vigorously several times to make the filling uniform.
Step 4 Peel sausages and cut into large pieces.
Step 5 Cut off the inedible peel from the cheese, and crush the rest with medium-sized cubes.
Step 6 Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
Step 7 Fold the chopped cheese, onions, sausage in a deep plate.
Step 8 Pour salad dressing and mix thoroughly. If you need to salt again, pepper to taste.
Step 9 Finely chop the green onion and add to the salad.
