Ingredients:
- Cod liver 160 grams
- Rice 100 grams
- Onion 1 piece
- Fresh cucumber 1 piece
- Chicken egg 1 piece
- Mayonnaise or sour cream 4-6 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cook rice To do this, pour rice with plenty of water, bring to a boil, cook for 10 minutes. Rinse well. Cool.
Step 2 Boil the egg in a steep, peel and finely chop.
Step 3 Cut the cucumber into a small dice.
Step 4 Peel and finely chop the onion.
Step 5 Grind cod liver.
Step 6 Transfer cooked rice to a deep plate, add cod liver, onion, cucumber and egg.
Step 7 Season the salad with mayonnaise and salt. Mix.
